We seek a passionate Sales Manager with drive, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to guide clients through their laser hair removal journey. The role involves creating tailored treatment packages, driving revenue growth, and leading a team to success. Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commission. Experience & Skills
2+ years of experience in a commission-driven environment Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading top-performing teams Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations Ability to mentor and manage a team of 2–5 employees to peak performance Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Active listening skills Proficiency with various computer systems and software High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred Position Responsibilities
Execute established sales processes to achieve revenue targets Manage all aspects of the sales cycle—consulting, closing, and customer retention Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and areas for improvement Deliver engaging product consultations to convert leads to clients and educate clients on laser hair removal Promote treatment packages through persuasive sales techniques and value propositions Seek client reviews and referrals Utilize financing options to support sales excellence Coach and develop team members to achieve sales goals and foster a positive work environment Foster strong customer relationships through world-class service Assist clients with questions or concerns about treatments Maintain discretion with confidential information Use various computer systems and software to manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, and tracking sales performance Benefits
