Overview
Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to assist families with funeral selections and attends services. This role sells pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory as well as cemetery services, property and merchandise. Leads are generated through a combination of walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive lead generation and prospecting. Responsibilities
Assist families with funeral selections and attend services. Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related inventory, cemetery services, property and merchandise. Generate and manage leads through walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive prospecting. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; related education (Business, Marketing, Sales) preferred. 1 year of sales experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided for travel. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook); experience with CRM systems preferred. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed. Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this role is based on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including skill set, experience and training, licensure and certification, and other business and organizational needs. This range estimate has been adjusted for geographic differential for the location. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
