About the Role:

As a luxury brand evaluator, you will discreetly assess customer experiences and provide feedback to help brands refine their services. Whether visiting boutiques, purchasing online, or returning a product, your observations shape the future of luxury.

What you will be doing

Select assignments that fit your interests

Evaluate in-store or online and interact with sales associates

Observe and report on atmosphere, service, and customer experience

Share observations via questionnaires on the CXG platform

Compensation

Non-Purchase Evaluations: Fee based on mission complexity

Purchase-Based Evaluations: Reimbursement for approved items as per the mission brief

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older

Current customer of premium and luxury brands

Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality

Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Observant and passionate about customer experience

No prior experience required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers
