Position Highlights

The Department of Marketing at the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management, invites applications from qualified candidates for a visiting assistant, associate, or full professor. The selected applicant will be expected to teach Marketing courses, conduct research leading to publications, and engage in department activities. This position will begin as early as August 18, 2025, and is available through May 24, 2026. We strive for excellence in both research and teaching; this is reflected by engagement in significant ongoing research and strong effectiveness in teaching. Our faculty’s research is published consistently in leading marketing journals, with faculty members consistently winning university and national awards for their research. The Department of Marketing offers undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs. The department offers undergraduate programs in Marketing (both in-person and online), a Master of Science in Marketing program, and a highly competitive PhD program. The faculty also teach several required and elective courses in the Eller MBA program (full-time MBA, evening MBA, online MBA, and executive MBA). . Duties & Responsibilities

Contribute to the intellectual environment in the department through active engagement in research, teaching and service. Develop and maintain an active research program leading to publications in academic journals. Teach in Undergraduate, Master’s, Executive and/or Ph.D. programs. Assigned course load will depend on research and teaching experience and will be comparable to tenure-track or career-track course loads. Train and mentor doctoral students. Minimum Qualifications

Visiting Assistant Professor Ph.D. in Marketing or related field from an AACSB accredited institution by the start of the position. Experience teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels. Visiting Associate or Full Professors Ph.D. in Marketing or related field from an AACSB accredited institution by the start of the position. Experience holding a tenured position in an AACSB accredited institution or equivalent qualifications in research, teaching, and service. Preferred Qualifications
