Overview

Associate or Full Professor, Economics (Tenured) at University of Arizona, Eller College of Management. The Department invites applications for a tenured faculty position with a research emphasis in experimental economics. Preference for candidates whose research combines experimental economics and AI methodologies. The faculty member will teach in-person courses on campus at graduate and undergraduate levels, contribute to mentoring students, lead the Economic Science Laboratory (ESL), and participate in outreach and service. Duties & Responsibilities

Perform significant and continuing scholarly research in experimental economics and AI methodologies, resulting in publications in leading academic journals. Teach undergraduate and graduate programs on campus. Lead the Economic Science Laboratory (https://eller.arizona.edu/departments-research/centers-labs/economic-science). Train and mentor doctoral students. Serve the university through various committee assignments and in additional ways to meet the needs of the department and college, and enhance external stature. Minimum Qualifications

Associate Professor

Ph.D. in Economics or related field from an accredited institution. Evidence of considerable teaching success, high-quality publications, a strong research pipeline and successful leadership experience. Full Professor

Ph.D. in Economics or related field from an accredited institution. Experience holding a tenured position in an accredited institution or equivalent qualifications in research, teaching, and service. Preferred Qualifications

Record of research combining experimental economics and AI methodologies. Position Details
