Advanced Practice Provider - New York Health
New York Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join its growing OB/GYN team in Suffolk County, NY. This outpatient role involves well-woman exams, prenatal and postpartum care, contraception management, and support for various gynecologic concerns. The APP will collaborate with OB/GYN physicians and other clinical staff to deliver high-quality women’s health services and prioritize patient satisfaction, quality improvement, and workflow efficiency. Responsibilities Provide outpatient OB/GYN care including well-woman exams, prenatal and postpartum care, contraception management, and management of gynecologic concerns. Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes and maintain patient satisfaction. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and optimize workflow efficiency. Ideal Candidate Current NYS licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. National certification (AAPA, NCCPA, or AANP/ANCC). Prior experience in OB/GYN or Women’s Health preferred. About The Role The APP will join a team of experienced OB/GYN physicians and clinical staff across multiple locations in Suffolk County. The role supports ambulatory care in a private practice, outpatient setting, with a focus on women’s health and patient-centered care. Practice Location & Schedule Location: Suffolk County, NY Employment: Full-Time | Mon-Fri Opportunity: Private Practice, Outpatient Board Certifications: NP-C/PA-C Compensation & Benefits Base Salary Range: $140,000 – $175,000 annually (exact compensation varies by skills, experience, and location).
