Schedule: Weekdays only; hours generally between 9am–3pm. You will deliver and serve lunch, manage the on-site experience at client locations, and help create an engaging, pop-up style lunch environment. The ideal candidate is interested in pop-up events and values creating an exceptional event experience. What You’ll Be Doing
Manage the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensure staff are delighted Coordinate with the culinary team to learn the menu, pick up lunch, and deliver to the client’s office Create an inspired, pop-up vibe in the client’s office using branded materials and creativity Tell the story of the menu and featured ingredients through branded messaging on paper Collect feedback (including specific metrics) and report back to the Community Manager Suggest ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience Our Ideal Candidate
Some food service experience (not required) Detail oriented and focused on positively impacting the customer experience Loves fast-paced events and interacting with guests Enthusiastic about representing and building the Sifted brand Open to feedback and opportunities for personal and professional growth Perks + Benefits
Compensation: $24/hr 401(k) program provided through Human Interest after six months 24 hours of paid time off per year; paid company holidays 100% mileage reimbursement Free lunch Flexible work schedule Supportive environment with room to grow and develop Eligibility
This position must maintain Seattle Food Service card (company-paid). Work Environment
This is an on-site position in client offices. Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and bend, squat, and reach. Seniority level
