Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement at checkout and on the sales floor. Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and visually appealing. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards, and adhere to all store policies and procedures. Provide a positive, high-energy environment that contributes to sales growth and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Thrives in a customer-first retail environment with a track record of sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication skills, openness to feedback, and adaptability. Ability to de-escalate situations and handle challenging customer interactions. Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Core Competencies
