Inside Sales Representative position at Glass Doctor. Be prepared to educate customers and discuss in detail the features and benefits of Glass Doctor’s services. Enthusiastically take phone calls from customers with glass needs. Enter all pertinent customer and job information in our computer system to maintain records of prospects, existing customers, and activity progress. Promptly respond to email requests to secure opportunities. Maintain open lines of communication with ownership/management. Fill in at the front counter to assist customers in-shop as needed. What You Need to Succeed

Excel at Exceptional Inside Sales: upbeat, positive, motivating personality with clear, cheerful communication. Self-motivated and competitive; ability to listen and apply what is heard to move the sale forward. High degree of self-confidence and willingness to take personal responsibility for the customer experience. Strong organization, work ethic, honesty, integrity, and professional appearance. Ability to identify additional opportunities to help the customer and provide the best recommendations for their needs. Education and/or Experience

Computer literacy and ability to use standard applications. Personality suitable to effectively communicate with customers and fellow employees. Professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented. This Job Is NOT For You If

You think a broken window isn’t an emergency for customers; Glass breaks are treated as an emergency and safety issue. You only answer the phone when nothing else is happening; this role requires helping the next customer and closing the sale. You view Monday mornings as optional; customers depend on reliable attendance and scheduling. Compensation & Benefits
