YOUR MISSION
Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
Through effective customer service, achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability targets.
Accurately process sales transactions at checkout quickly and securely.
Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store and ensure compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA standards.
Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise efficiently.
Comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies, and key accountabilities.
Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment.
Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; overtime may be required.
YOUR TALENT
1-2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment, preferably in apparel or footwear.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Quick learner with basic computer skills, including MS Office programs.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds regularly.
The base pay for this position is $16.50-$19.50/hr plus benefits.
Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
