Account Executive, eGaming - Florence, KY

– Arrow International, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to help veteran organizations by building lasting business relationships and deploying gaming products to support fraternal organizations financially and within the U.S. integrity, trust and work ethic are essential; strong communication skills, a fantastic personality, and familiarity with veteran organizations are a plus. Responsibilities

Exercises discretion and independent judgment in establishing relationships with customers within the assigned territory; identifies products to meet customer needs and closes sales accordingly. Develops a sales program that increases revenues and maintains margins to meet defined short- and long-term goals. Identifies and qualifies new business opportunities and prospects for pursuit. Conducts prospect and customer cold calls to meet with key decision makers, gather information, and pitch Arrow products/services. Establishes and nurtures customer relationships through on-site meetings and/or teleconferencing to identify customer needs and determine best solutions. Establishes trust and fulfills customer expectations. Develops and meets sales strategies and goals for profitable growth for the current year. Meets and fully complies with all local, state, and regulatory requirements applicable to the business and customers. Meets and fully complies with all legal requirements for employers within the territory; quickly identifies deficiencies to be addressed. Performs and complies with required reporting, tracking and monitoring of sales progress or results using agreed-upon tools and systems. Provides updated forecasts and reporting, identifying sales opportunities and the status of potential sales. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a concentration in sales, marketing, or a relevant equivalent field; or proven field sales or AE experience in lieu of a degree. Must have and maintain a driving record in good standing. Minimum of 1–3 years of proven successful sales experience—calling on customers and closing sales. Preferred experience in Gaming or Consumer Electronics; solid sales experience is transferable across industries. Strong communication and negotiation skills; solid presentation abilities and the capacity to analyze situations and solve problems. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas; ability to build professional relationships with an affable, authentic style. Excellent listening skills, curiosity about customers’ needs, attention to detail, and customer service orientation. Ability to think and reason independently with limited supervision. Compensation includes base salary plus incentive-based pay; travel reimbursement as applicable.
