Overview
Stronghouse is currently seeking highly-motivated, professional, detail-oriented individuals to join our roofing sales team as independent sellers. As an independent seller, you will be trained and given the tools necessary to be successful in your growing career with us. You will be taught everything you need to know, from how to be a successful sales-person to all procedures involved in the process of replacing a roof, including canvassing for your own leads (in person door-to-door) and successfully closing a job. Your primary goal as an independent seller is to sell as many roofs as possible while delivering the utmost positive experience for each and every one of our customers.
Responsibilities
Sell roofs as an independent seller while delivering a positive customer experience.
canvass for leads (in person door-to-door) and manage your own pipeline.
Follow company procedures related to roofing projects from lead to close.
Qualifications
Have a valid driver’s license
Have reliable means of transportation
Strong organization skills
Confident speaking abilities
Attention to detail
Self-motivated
Able to and open to canvassing for your own leads (in person door-to-door sales)
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Able to work independently but also be a team player
Able to communicate and engage with potential customers
Open and willing to learn and execute our standards
Ability to climb a ladder and safely walk on a roof
LLC set-up (prior to starting with Linear Roofing)
Previous sales experience is a plus (but not required)
