Opportunity for a 6-figure salary once you become a Senior Acquisition Manager. We are an established real estate company that acquires and sells residential and commercial properties in the Houston and surrounding cities area, and have been for the past 9 years. We invest heavily in different lead generation sources every month and are looking for a sales professional who is dedicated to progress both personally and professionally, is team-oriented, and is enthusiastic about success and growth. $2,500/month + 7%-9% on profit Responsibilities

Acquisition team responsibilities: reach out to leads via phone calls and take inbound calls from homeowners who are looking to sell their property or are seeking an offer. Have quality conversations, build a relationship with homeowners over the phone, and provide a solution by making an offer on their property and communicating the benefits of the home-selling process. Acquire properties under contract to purchase or assign, focusing on quality conversations and solutions for homeowners. Work Monday–Friday for Greenlight Offer, participate in team meetings, training, one-on-ones, team outings, and contribute to the team’s overall success. Note:

Anyone who joins the acquisition department starts as a Jr. Acquisition Agent and, with time and good performance, can move up to a Senior Acquisition role within 1–4 months. Senior Acquisitions have strong earning potential and can reach six figures in the first year with hard work and dedication. This position may involve talking to sellers on the phone and occasionally meeting with sellers at their property (locally, 5–10% of the time). Reliable transportation is a must. Contact warm-provided (already contacted) leads and qualify the seller's property, guiding them through our sales process. Evaluate and comp properties (training provided; no experience necessary). Overcome objections successfully. Follow the provided training and scripts, while maintaining a strong foundation of a positive attitude and good phone connection with prospects. Manage leads, follow up with prospects, and stay organized with your pipeline. Be driven and have the mindset to pursue more financial opportunity. Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed. Be fearless in making offers and asking questions to motivated sellers. Guide every qualified seller through the sales process we teach. Qualifications
