Lillig & Thorsness, Ltd., a 45 year-old business oriented law firm, seeks a paralegal with 2+ years of estate planning experience to join its estate planning and family wealth planning practice group. In addition to creating estate plans, we provide services to guardians and trustees of the estates and trusts of minors and disabled clients, and to executors, administrators and trustees of decedents' estates and trusts. Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support the practice group by reviewing and editing estate planning documents including wills, trusts, power of attorney forms, asset transfer instructions, and probate pleadings, as well as assisting with court filings, file organization, and client communications. Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of wills, trusts and probate court proceedings. Excellent written communication and research skills are required along with familiarity with Microsoft 365. The firm offers a competitive salary, PTO, health insurance benefits, and 401(k).
