We are seeking a Trust and Estates Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of estate practice and/or litigation experience to represent clients, prepare legal documents, and advise on legal transactions. Responsibilities
Represent clients in court Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients Advise clients on business and legal transactions Negotiate settlements for legal disputes Qualifications
Juris Doctorate from ABA-accredited law school Admission in New York (or ability to waive in); additional admission in Federal courts preferred Familiarity with Zoom, MS Teams, and other video conferencing platforms Ability to travel as needed High level organization skills for prioritizing workload Ability to absorb and understand new information rapidly Conscientiousness, dedication, self-discipline, and a sense of responsibility Excellent research skills and strong written and verbal communication Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high standards of performance Experience with online filing and research sites Location and Schedule
