Guest Experience Host
- Responsible for providing the highest quality guest service as it pertains to checking in/out of hotel guests; assisting guests with their luggage; taking hotel reservations; and answering guest questions in a gracious and professional manner. Demands accuracy with daily accounting procedures. Salary: $18.00/hour. Director of Sales & Marketing
- Responsible for leading the sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue goals and market positioning for Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort. Oversees group, leisure, and event sales while managing brand identity in partnership with the Director of Marketing, through effective marketing initiatives. Requires strategic planning and hands-on execution to ensure the resort meets business objectives and delivers an exceptional guest experience. Jr. Sous Chef
- Assists the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef in kitchen operations; trains and motivates the team to exceed goals; balances profitability metrics and leads the culinary team to exceed customers’ expectations related to food quality and dining experience. Salary: $28/hour. Steward
- Washes dishes, pots, pans, service ware and glassware; assists with kitchen and restaurant tasks, food preparation, and cleaning; maintains a clean, dry, orderly, and safe work environment. Hourly rate: $17.50/hr. Bartender
- Delivers high-quality beverages and connects with guests in Tommy Bahama style to provide a laid-back yet refined guest experience. Salary: $16.50/hr. Restaurant, Bars & Events Manager
- Leads food & beverage outlets and event operations with a focus on service excellence, team development, and seamless execution to ensure a relaxed yet refined guest experience consistent with the islands ethos. Sales Manager
- Represents the hotel to new customer relationships and maintains existing relationships with assigned accounts; aims to maximize revenue across rooms, public space, F&B, and all hotel offerings; engages groups with 10+ guestrooms per night and focuses on long-term, value-based customer relationships. Salary: $80,000-$90,000. General Manager (Tommy Bahama Miramonte)
- Oversees all aspects of hotel operation, from sales and marketing to engineering and human resources; leads the property's executive committee to drive operational excellence and deliver distinctive guest experiences. Includes responsibilities across sales, marketing, and broader operations.
