Are you a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) ready to make a significant impact in the field of cardiothoracic surgery? Sentara Medical Group invites you to join our dedicated team in Harrisonburg, VA. Our teams are dedicated to cultivating an environment where every individual feels recognized, appreciated, and supported, enabling them to perform at their best for themselves and our patients. Our Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) are essential to this foundation, and we seek to continue to grow their impact and scope of practice throughout our hospitals. Position Highlights: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of 3 MD s and 2 APPs. First Assist in OR, Conduct Inpatient Rounding, Discharges, and Consults. Vein Harvesting experience preferred CT-Surgery experience preferred Participate in rotating call schedule Requirement: PA, Acute Care NP, or FNP s currently working in an inpatient setting Comprehensive Benefit and Retirement Plans $3,000 CME $5,000 Annual Quality Bonus $10,000 Student Loan Forgiveness Program Malpractice and Tail Coverage Licenses, certification and dues paid Generous paid time off About Harrisonburg: Harrisonburg and Rockingham County have an area population of 130,000 with easy access to Interstates 81, 64 and 66.
