Landscape Foreman . Can you picture yourself here?
Here’s what you’d do: A Landscape Foreman will be responsible for managing the installation of upgrades for commercial landscape maintenance accounts.
You’d be responsible for:
Conducting weekly job site inspections
Completing job site checklists
Installation of required materials for landscaping/irrigation/site development
Scheduling delivery of materials and equipment
Managing crew production rates, quality control, and safety
Assisting in job scheduling and coordination of subcontractors
Ensuring all employees attend weekly tailgate meetings
Reviewing safety protocols, including traffic hazards, safety gear, underground alerts, and public safety checks
Maintaining a hazardous communication folder with relevant chemical forms
Reporting unsafe activities and accidents according to company policy
Adhering to internal control and compliance practices to safeguard assets, ensure duty segregation, and maintain confidentiality
You might be a good fit if you have:
Knowledge of blueprints
Leadership and crew management skills
First aid certification
Effective communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic
Bilingual in Spanish
Minimum 3 years of construction site experience
Experience working near automotive traffic and natural bodies of water
Ability to work 8+ hours/day, including some overtime and weekend work
Ability to work in extreme temperatures and sunlight
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Physical ability to bend, stoop, and twist throughout the day
