Seeking exciting, driven, passionate, accountable Executive Chef!
Base Salary Target: $70,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities
Overseeing day-to-day culinary operations and activities including prep, production, development, and execution Ensuring food is consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes and standards Monitoring performance of staff and ensuring all procedures are completed to restaurant standards Creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction Qualifications
4-5 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef in notable or similar restaurants Ability to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion Experience in P&L management, budgetary controls, inventory, and labor controls Ability to write and manage labor schedules to budget specifications A flexible schedule. Mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays are required What we Offer
