Responsible for supporting, developing, and delivering high-quality nursing educational content across Henry Ford Health. Support department leadership in setting education goals and milestones. Partner with colleagues and stakeholders across the system to develop and deploy a variety of learning and development programs for local and systemwide use. Lead the development of system courses and projects to achieve strategic business objectives. Conduct education and training sessions in person and virtually in multiple venues. Travel to Henry Ford Health locations as needed. Lead the evaluation of individual projects and support monitoring and evaluation of the overall education program. Position details

Master's degree in nursing required. Current Michigan RN licensure required, or ability to obtain Michigan licensure. Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and education, educational design, and delivery. Competence in curriculum or program design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Experience facilitating courses and creating training materials. Ability to interpret and assess training and development needs. Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles and a wide range of training methods, techniques, and formats. Self-directed, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with diverse constituencies. Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities. Additional Information
