Overview:
Log Cabin Resort, a picturesque lakeside destination on South Twin Lakes in WA, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms, cabins, and common areas to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all visitors. Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, cabins, and public areas, ensuring all surfaces, floors, and fixtures are spotless. Replace linens, towels, and toiletries according to resort standards. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when restocking is needed. Report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to the management team. Ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored. Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally. Perform laundry duties. Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment. Qualifications:
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and bending. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts as needed. Benefits: Competitive hourly wage. Beautiful lakeside work environment.
