Competitive compensation: Following an initial training period of 2-4 weeks a transition to commission earnings that average $80,000-$110,000 or more per year based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately diagnose and repair appliances/equipment in customers' homes
Provide cost estimates for repairs/installations and collect payment for work performed
Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain company vehicle and equipment
Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements
4+ years of experience as an Appliance Repair or Appliance Service Technician
Must be at least 18 years of age
Willingness to learn new technology to complete daily work
Physical Demands The employee will occasionally need to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
