Position subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement: starting pay $24.39/hr with progression to $30.00 over 5 years. Benefits include: vacation up to 14 days per year; paid sick leave (8 hrs monthly for full-time employees; 5 hrs monthly for part-time employees); medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees; life insurance, 401(k) retirement benefits, and company holidays. Safety-Focused Operations: Execute operations by following designated routes and schedules, adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations. Passenger Care: Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation. Vehicle Vigilance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report maintenance issues promptly, and maintain cleanliness and readiness of safety equipment. Adherence to Protocols: Follow company policies and procedures, including seat belt enforcement, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance. Other duties as required Qualifications
21 years or older Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional) Excellent communication and customer service skills Availability to work day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts as assigned Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason. Physical Requirements
