Promotes a culture of safety within the organization. Leads and promotes a culture of safety. Works closely with the CMO and CQO in developing process improvements that support the elimination of medical/health care errors and other factors that contribute to unintended adverse patient outcomes.## Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in nursing. Master's degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration preferred. Minimum of 5 years recent acute care experience with at least 2 years supervisory or management experience or process improvement/quality experience.
**CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED**:
