Below Are The Details Of The Role Center-Based Clinic (Flint, MI) $55/hr | Leadership Track | Early Fridays Hispanic Autism Services of Michigan is excited to expand our Flint clinic and we’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment. Why This Role Stands Out Strong Pay: $55/hour to start (90-day intro rate, with performance-based raise discussions). Balanced Schedule: Mon–Thurs 9am–6pm, Fridays wrap at 3pm. Real Growth: Leadership track available after 2 years. Supportive Systems: Admin staff manage materials and scheduling. Modern Tools: Catalyst and CentralReach for data collection and EMR. Professional Development: CEU reimbursement after 6 months. What You’ll Do Provide supervision and feedback for RBTs/BTs. Partner with other BCBAs and clinical leadership. Manage a mixed caseload (early intervention + school-age). Lead assessments, parent training, and treatment planning. What We’re Looking For Active BCBA certification. Strong supervisory and collaboration skills. Dedication to ethical, high-quality ABA practice.
