This is a specialized mental health support role for campers and staff. This role involves day-to-day administrative work, coaching campers and staff needing mental health support, and training staff. International Staff Director:
Support the International Staff Team and offer job coaching. iT Director:
Assist with day-to-day administrative work, oversee a team of staff, support iT participants, and communicate with iT guardians. Waterfront Director:
Manage the safety protocols and daily routine at the Waterfront (at Main Camp), maintain Waterfront equipment, and supervise the lifeguard staff team. Lifeguarding experience is required. Activities Team Coordinator:
Includes Ropes Coordinator, Arts & Crafts Coordinator, Specialties Coordinator, Office Coordinator, and Head Lifeguard (please clarify preference in text box below). Adventure Trip Leader:
Lead Adventure Trips (which are offsite and vary in location), using strong risk management skills and knowledge of safe wilderness practices. Barn Manager:
Manage day to day horse care, oversee a team of staff, and coordinate all ground and riding lessons. Day Camp Coordinator:
Includes Day Camp Specialty Coordinator and Equestrian Day Camp Coordinator (please clarify preference in text box below). EVR Program Coordinator:
Manage activities and program areas, such as Arts and Crafts, High Ropes, and Evening Programs at East Valley Ranch. Completing a life guarding certification will be required. Farm Garden Educator:
Facilitate specialty activities in the garden, assist with plant care, and manage chores in the barn. Farm Livestock Educator:
Facilitate specialty activities in the barn, assist with Livestock care, and manage chores in the barn. Farm Program Coordinator:
Manage activities and program areas, such as Arts and Crafts, High Ropes, and Evening Programs at the Farm. Completing a life guarding certification will be required. Trips Logistics Coordinator:
Coordinate the logistics of all Adventure Trips, Mini Adventure Trips, and Overnight trips; supervise the Trip Leader team; and manage the Trip Center. Village Coordinator:
Function as a program supervisor for a unit of campers as well as a cabin counselor within that unit. VCs will supervise a team of staff, coordinate the daily schedule, and support the camper group. Available within Traditional Overnight Camp, Adventure Camp, Horse Camp (Mustang/Durango and Equestrian Day Camp), and Tokyo Camp. Adventurer in-Training Coordinator will supervise and support the AiT participants, manage the AiT experience, and coordinate the off-site adventure trip. CiT Coordinator:
