Boston, MA This is a long-term substitute role covering parental leave. Please note that the salary will be a daily rate based on the Boston Teacher Union's salary scale for long-term substitutes. About UP Education Network UP Education Network is a non-profit organization focused on addressing inequities in public school systems. Since 2010, UP has transformed the lowest-performing schools in Massachusetts into exceptional learning environments. We manage two campuses in Dorchester, serving over 1,300 students in Boston Public Schools from pre-K through 8th grade. Our schools operate with charter-like autonomy, supported by a network that builds capacity for deep focus on student success. Teaching at UP Education Network UP Academy teachers collaborate with diverse colleagues to develop rigorous curricula, deliver engaging lessons, and support students' academic and personal growth through college readiness.
