Established family law firm in Boca Raton is looking for a legal/administrative assistant to support the firm with various tasks, including maintaining a calendar and scheduling case related events, typing correspondence and court documents, entering timesheets, assisting with billing/accounting tasks, and reviewing and organizing documents to assist paralegals. Professional demeanor; articulate and detail-oriented; excellent organizational and proofreading skills High-school diploma required for this entry-level position Some knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is helpful but not required Comfortable working with Word, WordPerfect, Outlook and Adobe Compensation & Application
