About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in high-stakes environments and brings deep expertise in managing complex litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal.

You will work closely with attorneys across multiple practice areas, including high-profile cases, internal investigations, and commercial disputes. This role is a strategic one that requires initiative, precision, creativity, and an unyielding commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, document review, trial preparation, and appellate support.

Draft and proofread pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence.

Coordinate and manage large-scale document productions and e‑discovery platforms.

Prepare deposition summaries, trial binders, exhibit lists, and witness files.

Support attorneys during hearings, trials, and client meetings.

Support attorneys on legal research, brief writing, and cite‑checking.

Conduct factual research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and other tools.

Maintain case files and calendaring systems with meticulous attention to deadlines.

Liaise with clients, experts, and vendors with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.

Demonstrated experience in complex civil litigation, including federal court practice.

Mastery of litigation support tools.

Exceptional writing, organizational, and project management skills. Exceptional emotional intelligence and client service skills for both internal and external clients.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
