Job Function
Leverage innovative sourcing strategies through platforms like our internal ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche healthcare job boards. Build a pipeline of top nursing, provider, and allied healthcare talent. Engage with candidates to understand their career goals and align them with the right opportunities. Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide ongoing support and career coaching to candidates, from application to placement. Manage the entire recruitment process, including interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and assignment onboarding.
Job Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in agency recruitment, sales, or account management, ideally with a healthcare focus. Familiarity with nursing, provider, or allied healthcare staffing. Proficiency in CRM/ATS systems for recruitment and candidate management.
