In this Restaurant Kitchen Management (KM) role, you will manage restaurant back of house / kitchen teams along with assistant manager roles and duties as a member of the restaurant management team. Kitchen Manager or Culinary Manager experience is preferred in this BOH leadership / Heart of House management role. Responsibilities
Lead and manage kitchen operations and BOH teams to ensure high quality food and service. Coordinate with the management team on day-to-day restaurant operations. Implement structured training programs to develop team members and ensure consistency in food quality. Uphold safety, sanitation, and compliance standards in the kitchen. Qualifications
Previous Kitchen Leadership experience necessary. Restaurant Kitchen Manager or Culinary Manager experience preferred. We Offer
