Passionate about the industry with at least six months of professional tree work experience. Knowledgeable about basic tree care, pruning, tree ID, and disease ID. Capable of performing physically demanding work, including lifting, pushing, pulling (25-50 lbs), bending, reaching, stooping, crouching, walking, and working outdoors in all weather conditions. Committed to safety, trained in aerial rescue, PPE use, hazard recognition, rigging, emergency rescue, and knots. Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality. Responsibilities
Perform arbor ground work: debris collection, site clearing, loading debris. Assist tree climbers with tools and equipment hoisting. Operate chipping and shredding equipment safely. Serve as backup tree climber when trained. Rewards
