Overview
Scheck Hillel School is building a pool of talented Science educators for the upper school (grades 6–12). While there is not an immediate opening, we invite passionate and skilled candidates to express interest for future opportunities. By submitting your application, you’ll be considered for future teaching positions as they become available. Scheck Hillel is a nationally recognized college preparatory and Jewish community school located in North Miami Beach, Florida. Our program serves over 1,300 students in PK–12. As a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence, we attract a diverse faculty dedicated to delivering high-quality education. Responsibilities
Responsibilities for future Science teaching opportunities may include: Deliver engaging Science instruction to upper school students (grades 6–12). Design and implement lesson plans aligned with standards. Foster a nurturing yet challenging learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and program goals. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. At least 3 years of teaching experience in an upper school setting (grades 6–12). Valid teaching certification preferred. Strong knowledge of pedagogical practices and learning theories. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits
