Overview
Restaurant Assistant General Manager role at Tc4 & Co Hospitality (The League Kitchen & Tavern). The League Kitchen & Tavern is a full-service restaurant concept with a vintage, Prohibition-era motif, featuring traditional and modern American cuisine and a curated cocktail program. The AGM will be a restaurant leader overseeing FOH and BOH operations to ensure guest service and food quality standards are upheld. Responsibilities
Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure guest service and food quality standards are upheld at all times. Manage daily operations to minimize operating costs while maintaining service excellence. Support employee retention and lead a positive dining experience for guests. Work with the General Manager in fast-track capacity, supporting restaurant management team activities. Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in hospitality preferred Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g., Aloha, Toast) Strong math and reporting skills Customer service mindset and effective communication Ability to manage and lead a team; availability to work opening hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends High school diploma; hospitality certifications are a plus Compensation & Benefits
