Work collaboratively with Clinical Supervisors BCBAs to implement principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy. Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions. Acquire and maintain RBT credential in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) within the first 90 days of employment. Use electronic platform for data collection and graphing. Implement Behavior Support Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans as directed. Effectively manage learners including physical crisis intervention protocols, while ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations. Understand and demonstrate the company core values. And more! About You:

Minimum of 6 months ABA working with children or adolescents with Autism in a supervised setting. Experience with working with challenging behaviors preferred Enrollment or completion of an undergraduate or graduate degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field a plus. Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind. Bilingual is a plus.
