Temporary Hawai`i Community College, Office of Continuing Education and Training (EDvance), is seeking part-time temporary Lecturers to teach non-credit classes for youth K -12 in a variety of subjects including but not limited to: Agriculture Arts & Crafts Career Exploration: (Examples: Human Services, Administration of Justice, Agriculture, Electronics, Business, Carpentry, Auto Mechanics, Auto Body, Machine Welding, Information Technology) College Career Readiness Computers Computer Aided Design Construction Technologies Culinary Culture & History Cyber Security Drone Technologies Electronics Energy & Sustainability Film Game Design Geocaching/GPS Health & Wellness Information Technology Language Literary Arts Music Photography Programming Robotics STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Duties & Responsibilities: Under general supervision, conduct lectures in the subject matter assigned. May include instructional assignments involving distance education. NOTE: Assignments are as needed and contingent upon course enrollment. Minimum Qualifications: Expertise and teaching experience in subject matter. Some subject matters may require educational degrees. Expertise working with youth learners and to pass required additional screening as necessary. Application Submission:
