Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Mid-Market Account Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the mid-market segment. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The right candidate will have experience using Challenger Sale, MEDDIC or BANT and extensive experience multi-threading to progress/close deals.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mid-market segment

Qualify leads and prospects through research, relationships, and outreach

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Negotiate contracts and close deals

Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success to ensure client satisfaction

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and how Giv. impacts our customers

Qualifications

Proven track record of sales success, preferably in healthcare technology industry

Successful managing sales cycle longer than 45

Experience selling to mid-market or larger businesses

Strong understanding of MEDDIC, BANT, or Challenger sales methodology

Proficient with Salesforce, Outreach, and GSuite

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Terrific storyteller after a strong discovery

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Self-Motivated and results driven

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Willing to travel between 5% to 15% of the time
