You will be instrumental in supporting Payments Sales Managers in forging sales relationships and generating new business from a diverse client base within the Financial Institutions Group - Foreign Banks and Broker Dealer segments. You will collaborate with client service, compliance, operations, technology, risk, credit, and legal teams to ensure best product delivery. You will gain a thorough understanding of the market, clients’ industries, organizational and operational structures, purchasing processes, and business objectives. You will manage a portfolio, facilitate proactive client engagement, and develop solutions to meet clients’ strategic and complex needs. You will contribute to relationship management initiatives such as billing and pricing, interest rate management, escalation tracking, and resolution.

Responsibilities

Understand clients\' business goals, environments, strategies, and industry trends to determine requirements and identify potential new business opportunities for J.P. Morgan Payments (traditional cash management, FX, international payments, liquidity). Develop account plans, briefing memos, and support relationship reviews in partnership with the client service organization; understand the client\'s account structure, cash flow, product usage, and global setup. Build strong relationships within the client’s Treasury, Product, and Operations organizations; anticipate needs and proactively engage appropriate J.P. Morgan Payments partners to develop comprehensive solutions. Coordinate and negotiate KYC and onboarding documentation, internal credit processes, and manage seamless integration with implementation partners; escalate as needed to meet client needs. Review and analyze transactional data to identify trends, risks, pricing/billing inefficiencies, and provide pricing analysis and go-forward strategy/recommendations. Identify new ways to advance team initiatives and act as the voice of the client in cross-functional partner engagement to align with broader firm-wide interests and client objectives. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

2+ years experience in cash management, transaction banking, merchant acquiring or related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to synthesize complex problems into concise conclusions. Goal oriented with the ability to foster innovation and solve problems creatively. Strong time management, organizational and planning skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up. Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

BA/BS degree. Knowledge of JPMorgan Treasury Services products, pricing philosophy, and billing procedures (a plus). As the Foreign Banks and Broker Dealer team covers inbound customers from all regions, languages are a plus. About Us
