Direct Sales Representatives
in designated US regions with experience selling in specialty foodservice, Office Coffee Service (OCS), or Spirits. Available regions include: Dallas, Texas; Atlanta, Georgia; Orlando, Miami, and West Palm Beach, Florida; Columbia, South Carolina; Raleigh, North Carolina; Columbus, Ohio; and Lexington, Kentucky. Responsibilities include: Developing new business and managing existing customers in office coffee, bars, restaurants, education, colleges and universities, broad line, and specialty distributors Lead generation and prospecting new business Organizing and effectively managing a potential customer funnel of targets Coordinating and executing training and marketing project support for Java House accounts Staying current with and educating potential customers on liquid coffee and specialty beverage trends Demonstrating a proactive approach to setting sales goals and closing accounts Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales or Business, with 3+ years of experience in specialty foodservice, OCS, or Spirits.
Motivated recent graduates with prior sales internship experience may be considered. Strong relationship-building, analytical, and proactive problem-solving skills Proficiency in closing sales through existing relationships, warm leads, and cold calls Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Must be based in the assigned area Experience managing distributor relationships and driving retail distribution and display penetration Proven sales management and achievement record Professional, positive, and proactive communication skills Strong presentation skills to influence decision makers Ability to work autonomously and in a team Sense of urgency to complete tasks timely and effectively Must have a car with a clean driving record and valid driver’s license; car allowance provided Ability to travel within the territory and to other markets as needed Capability (with or without accommodation) to bend, lift, and set up displays or move products Learn more:
