Dealer Tire . The Opportunity
As a Tire Service Advisor, you will work inside a premium OEM dealership, performing with excellence, energy, fairness, and accountability. Responsibilities
Selling tires on the service drive to exceed assigned sales goals. Inspecting customers’ vehicles on the service drive. Diagnosing tire‑related problems, recommending service, and quoting prices. Ensuring repairs are completed as ordered and priced as quoted. Maintaining strong relationships with customers and dealer personnel. Overseeing customer satisfaction and solving arising problems. Completing monthly market analyses. Assisting with store operations (e.g., inventory, opening/closing). Assisting dealership technicians to maintain service levels. Qualifications
2+ years of tire service experience, preferably in a retail tire and service environment. Excellent verbal communication skills and strong customer‑service orientation. May be required to operate a motor vehicle. Meet Dealer Tire’s Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and online order management applications. Physical Job Requirements
Ability to stand 7‑8 hours a day, keep up with service drive traffic, inspect 80‑100 vehicles a day, and lift up to 75 pounds unassisted. Drug Policy
