Joyce Windows, Sunrooms, and Baths is searching for a Lead Generation Field Manager who knows how to recruit, train, and lead high-performance canvassing teams. We're a multi-million-dollar residential home improvement company with over 70 years in business, and we're expanding fast.

What You'll Do
Recruit, train, and manage a top-tier canvassing team Be out in the field daily, knocking doors, coaching reps, and setting the pace Drive your team to generate qualified leads for free in-home design consultations Motivate, mentor, and inspire your team to smash daily and weekly goals Track KPIs and performance while growing your territory and team size
