We are looking for a
Corporate Sales Representative
for the Orlando area! Overview: Mr Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Texas, Georgia and Florida. With deliveries 365 days a year, 7 days a week, and multiple runs per day, Mr Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores, and retail outlets. Summary: Mr Greens is looking for a highly self-motivated and confident Corporate Sales Representative to join our organization. This person will have the drive and commitment to excel in a fast-paced sales environment and provide outstanding customer service as needed. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients. Developing and presenting tailored sales presentations and proposals to corporate clients, highlighting product benefits and aligning with their specific needs. Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions using company products and services. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Stay up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Major Activities Call on existing customers Keeping abreast of new items and market conditions Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Traveling the Orlando and surrounding areas on a Monday - Friday basis. Reporting back on any ongoing or major issues on a daily basis Answer emails, calls and texts on a 7 day-a-week basis. Maintaining a professional relationship with each client and assisting them in a timely manner. To be successful in this position, the individual performing the duties must successfully demonstrate the following competencies: Results-oriented Conceptual thinking Building trust Customer Oriented Communication Requirements 2 years of outside business-to-business sales experience in the Food and/or Produce Industry. High school diploma required. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills Ability to read, write, and speak English. Basic pc skills, proficiency in Excel, experience with MS Outlook. Must pass pre-employment Background and Drug screen testing. Must be at least 21 years old. Physical Demand/Work Conditions: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. The employee is regularly required to drive, sit, stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
