Build value through tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses. Represent our company and the Cricket brand professionally and courteously. Assist with store operations and duties. Achieve sales goals and KPIs, which can lead to additional bonuses. Qualifications: Fluent in English and Spanish. Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and technical aptitude. Commitment to excellent customer service, honesty, and integrity. Retail sales experience is helpful but not required. At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong social media presence preferred. Reliable transportation and residence within 30 minutes of the store. Ability to operate a personal computer. Maintain a neat and professional appearance according to the Team Color policy. Working Conditions: Lift up to 10 pounds. Bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking. Stand for long periods to provide customer service. Work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions to completion. Problem-solve under pressure. Additional Information
