Sales Leadership: Manage and grow sales within your district, meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas and financial objectives. Account Development: Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships. Participate in business reviews and planning sessions with customers. Conduct sales training, customer meetings, and fleet surveys. Provide prompt, professional resolution to customer issues, maintaining high customer service standards. Market Analysis: Evaluate market trends, competitive information, and industry challenges to identify growth opportunities. Develop insights into market and customer trends affecting sales and profitability. Reporting and Record Management: Maintain accurate records and communications, including required business forms, reports, and email correspondence. Analyze and manage fleet reporting to align with company policies. Operational Support: Participate in customer inventories, changeovers, and inventory relocations as needed. Travel Requirements: Extensive daily travel within your district, with occasional overnight travel. A company car will be provided for local/regional business use. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree OR at least 5 years of relevant sales experience without a degree. Industry Background: Automotive aftermarket/ heavy-duty preferred. Skills: Proven ability to meet sales goals using sound business management, customer relationship building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities. Ability to deliver product training and implement new sales strategies. Up to 65% domestic/regional travel required. Valid U.S. Driver’s License. Experience using Salesforce CRM preferred. Benefits
