The Commercial Lines Client Service Manager plays a vital role in supporting our clients, maintaining strong relationships, and delivering efficient, high-quality service across all stages of the account lifecycle.
Work Performed
Support the servicing of commercial lines business, including data management, documentation, policy changes, audits, premium comparisons, billing, and day-to-day servicing Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members Coordinate and process policy documents including binders, ID cards, insurance summaries, proposals and certificates Handle client billing including invoicing, reconciling account discrepancies, and tracking outstanding payments
Job Requirements
Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship management skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities Proactive problem-solving and analytical abilities Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Education & Experience
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required) Experience with commercial lines insurance is preferred, but not required Familiarity with agency workflows and management systems (e.g., Applied Epic) is a plus Understanding of agency workflows and procedures
