We are seeking motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling, nurturing leads, and building relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for healthcare sales, enabling them to effectively convey the value of our solutions to prospective customers. $3,500 - $4,800 / month This is a contract to hire position. Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening. Familiarity with outside sales combined with inside sales processes techniques and workflow. Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through follow-up communications. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers. Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and report on progress. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Proven experience in sales or telemarketing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with inside sales processes and techniques. Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and drive results. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools is a plus.
