Timberland: Sales Associate - North Conway

Timberland As a Sales Associate you will be the face of the brand to our retail customers and will be responsible for creating best-in-class customer experience in the store. You will actively engage with a diverse group of people, using your product, brand, activity and community knowledge to ensure each customer has a memorable positive experience. You will work as part of a team, prioritizing customer engagement, while also assisting in daily visual and operational maintenance of the store.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate a customer first mindset by modeling selling behaviors with a passion for the brand, customer, and the product.
Aware of and accountable to store and individual sales goals.
Exemplifies an optimistic and energetic presence through team collaboration while building strong relationships with customers to maximize loyalty.
Provide exceptional service while educating customers on our product, Brand Purpose and community involvement.
Maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changing customer and business needs.
Ensure product is available and presented according to visual guidelines; keep the store ready for customers each day.
Adhere to policies, procedures, standards and company directives; comply with safety and shrinkage policies.
Model respectful behavior toward diverse backgrounds, upholding VF Corporation and brand values.
Promote an environment of participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices.
Qualifications What You Bring
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business (weekends, evenings, holidays).
Ability to work with a team to exceed sales results and meet business goals.
Ability to engage with a diverse group of customers.
Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high levels of customer service in a retail setting.
Preferred
Previous retail or service-oriented experience.
Physical
Operate office equipment and technology (computers, tablets, phones, etc.).
Standing for the duration of the shift; ability to bend, lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed.
Use ladders for visual merchandising and related tasks.

$12.80 USD - $19.20 USD per hour . Minimum start rate:
$14.00 .
