Territory Sales Representative
to join our sales team, managing and expanding our
West Coast territory . This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional with 3–5 years of experience who’s ready to take the next step and grow their career with a company that will invest in their success. What You’ll Do Build relationships with distributors, representatives, engineering firms, contractors, and end users. Promote and sell Macurco products and services to meet sales goals. Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct outreach, industry networking, and events. Support sales partners with training, demonstrations, product literature, and pricing. Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer visits to grow market presence. Maintain accurate customer and territory data in our CRM system. Share market insights, competitive intel, and industry trends with leadership. Requirements
What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in technical, industrial, or safety-related products. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while keeping leadership updated. Comfortable learning and explaining technical concepts to customers. Ability to travel within the territory; eligible for a passport. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Bonus points if you have experience with gas detection, industrial automation, HVAC, security systems, or related industries — but it’s not required. We’ll train the right person!
