Overview
Account Executive, Spectrum Community Solutions Join to apply for the Account Executive, Spectrum Community Solutions role at Spectrum Community Solutions. This role supports strategic sales in multiple dwelling unit (MDU) properties, driving growth across products including HSD, video, managed Wi-Fi, and other bulk services. Responsibilities
Implement innovative sales strategies to secure services in MDUs and SFUs, maximizing product and service penetration. Develop strategic sales presentations to secure long-term ROE agreements with MDUs/SFUs. Exceed quarterly revenue sales quotas across all products. Build consultative relationships with high-level clientele to offer optimum products/services and maximize client NOI. Negotiate competitive MDU sales agreements, navigate the legal redline process, and develop proposals and contracts using product knowledge. Working Conditions
Office environment. Travel as required, up to 50% of the time. Travel primarily day trips with occasional overnight travel. Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience. Experience:
Up to 1+ year of strategic planning and problem-solving to develop effective sales strategies; up to 1+ year of experience navigating long sales cycles to manage and close complex deals. Technical Skills:
Proven negotiation skills and contract proposal/review experience; working knowledge of computer networking, LAN/WAN technologies, and fiber-connected networks. Skills & Abilities:
Detail-oriented for accurate forecasting and tracking; effective communicator via phone, email, and WebEx; strong multi-tasking; consultative sales experience; excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; self-motivation and efficiency under deadlines; adaptable communication and professional poise; valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and auto insurance. Preferred Qualifications
Skills:
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce); proficiency with Microsoft Office; automated reporting and analysis application; experience negotiating long-term ROE agreements with MDU; familiarity with the cable industry. Experience:
3-5+ years of sales experience exceeding revenue quotas, preferably selling data, voice, and video solutions in an MDU environment; 3-5+ years of consultative sales experience; 3+ years drafting and negotiating proposals and contracts in the cable television, residential property management, or real estate development industries. Compensation & Benefits
The base pay range is $57,360.00/yr - $94,920.00/yr. The actual compensation offered will consider skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Some roles may be eligible for additional incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. A commission earnings target starting at $76,080 is also noted.
