Account Executive, II, MSP

— Account Executive role focused on MSP IT services. UNCAPPED COMMISSION OPPORTUNITY plus Base + Benefits. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of IT services (Infrastructure, Cloud, IT Managed Services, and/or IT Outsourcing) and a proven ability to build relationships with CIO/CTO and senior executives. This role targets acquiring 4 new logos per month focusing on IT Services: Help Desk, Azure Infrastructure, Automation (Robotic Process Automation - RPA), and Microsoft Business Applications. Work alongside the VP of Sales to drive growth and client development. Location: South Carolina, United States Note: ITC maintains broad salary ranges and offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
Develop, track, and close sales leads through prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
Identify prospect requirements (technical, infrastructure, configuration) and call prospects to generate new customers and projects.
Collaborate with technical staff to generate proposals.
Present proposals to clients to generate interest in managed services.
Work with the marketing team to develop seminars, marketing material, campaigns, and qualified leads.
Qualify opportunities to determine scope of work.
Manage pipeline and advance opportunities to close independently.
Leverage networking events and industry groups to promote the brand and build relationships.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers in an account executive or sales role, specifically in tech; direct MSP experience preferred.
Ability to identify client pain points and offer IT solutions based on feedback.
Experience targeting potential clients and booking exploratory meetings.
Proven track record of sales performance including new business development.
Ability to travel for client-facing meetings.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range: US: Hiring Range from $150,000 - $175,000 per year with OTE. ITC offers a comprehensive benefits package including:
